August 2017 – Shop Walk

August of 2017 was a great month here at the Custom Finishes World Headquarters!

Monterrey Market

We made some new friends who starting out new businesses in the Milwaukee area. Monterrey Market, a new grocery store started by Roberto and Leonor Montemayor brought us their Ford Transit to give them the correct corporate branding for a new business. We consulted with them to discover what they felt was important in their business mission along with getting their new brand out before the eyes of their local consumers. The look ties their logo with their cultural colors and the cityscape of Milwaukee.

Custom Paint jobs

For those of you just learning about Custom Finishes, we started out as a truck body repair and paint shop. We quickly expanded way beyond to build custom show trucks, do minor and major repair, sandblasting, you name it! In coming blog posts we’ll be showing more of what we have and can do!

Alaskan FirePlace

Time for another quick re-brand job. Alaskan Fireplace of Sturtevant Wisconsin brought us their van to turn it innto a mobile billboard for their business. Crazy graphics are all the rage but good advertising is the rule we live by. When that vehicle drives by at 50 miles per hour what is more important, a pretty picture or your business’s contact info? (seriously – how many wrapped business vehicles have you seen where you wondered ‘what the heck are they advertising?)

Rentals and More

Rentals and More of Round Lake Park Illinois actually rents these box trucks out to people in their area. Instead of renting a plain white van out, why not turn everyone of them into mobile billboards? We love working with these guys and how can you not get happy when working with such bright happy colors?
